If your business doesn’t make you a better person, why do it?
Every day, I strive to make my business better, and in turn, it makes me better. By focusing daily on my business agenda, I aim to sharpen my mind and skill set and push towards quality in both my professional and personal life.
I believe in surrounding myself with people who bring positive energy and inspire me. I want to do business with those who enhance the quality of my life—people who are honest, responsive, intelligent, and creative. These are the characteristics I aspire to embody and the kind of individuals I seek to collaborate with.
We all want to move towards quality. Whether someone responds to your email or phone call … or not — it’s a step in the right direction. Over time, The Universe has a way of weeding out those who aren’t the right fit for you or your business.
My goal is to maximize the positive energy I put out into the world, trusting that what goes around, comes around and that my bottom line will grow accordingly—whether that’s a financial bottom line in my business or a happiness quotient in my personal life.
As the renowned business thinker Jim Rohn once said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
The quality of our connections can profoundly impact our success and personal growth!
So, am I on the right path by focusing on both personal growth and my business bottom line, or should I concentrate solely on financial success? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
